• Managing relationships with the Marketing Services Agencies appointed in CET region to execute demand generation programs and marketing campaigns on behalf of partners;• Build and manage relationships with local teams to ensure regional growth opportunities;• Drive and implement marketing plans considering partner segmentation, aligned to business objectives and regional priorities;• Work closely with partners/distributors, Sales Managers and partner business managers to create innovative and strategic channel activities that increase awareness, generate deal registrations and build the sales pipeline;• Collaborate with top tier partners to create joint marketing plans, supporting partners in execution and measuring results. Ensure partners provide robust plans for all MDF requests;• Collaborate with the Global team to leverage global assets and marketing programs to enable channel teams and partners across the region;• Establish campaign and marketing-influenced KPIs and reporting to measure the effectiveness of the impact of activities and ongoing ROI;• Measure, analyze and report on partner awareness and pipeline-building activities to measure partner engagement.

Responsible on coordinating processes, budget management and reporting activities in a comprehensive business model for various countries in Europe (DACH, France, UK&Ireland, Nordics & Benelux)---- Excellent collaboration with marketing agencies;• Providing trainings on Market Development Fund process and Activity Matrix for new joiners;• Review and approve countries plans for budget compliance MKT KPIs;• Allocate budget to countries from main Buckets (throughout the quarters);• Management of the MDF budget and process for assigned regions;• Consolidation of MDF activity plans;• Managing MDF budget and key performance indicators for each assigned country;• Managing MDF activity approvals and support MDF claim process;• Identify and drive implementation of process improvements to deliver a better partner experience;• Provide analytic to marketing problems by data mining, employing statistics and business intelligence frameworks;• Tracking program metrics and ensure that all programs are providing the business benefit as outlined in the original business case for the project;• Collaborate with various Marketing groups to manage marketing budget or program;• Providing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of marketing results to support business performance improvement;• Reconcile market program spend to the planned market assets and investment envelope;• Driving adoption of common marketing processes
