My job here was quite complex, as Sulzer's site is also a factory and a big manufacturer ofcartridges and mixers, with very important international clients, some of them very demanding. Ourdepartment had to take care of answering all client emails, creating new orders, checking allkinds of information in SAP and solving complaints. I've acquired a lot of SAP knowledge, aswell as industry and language knowledge.

Harrods is a very well-known and one of the largest and most expensive department stores inEurope. Working as an administrator in their warehouse, I was in charge of checking each orderwhich was not ready and of amending or clearing it. We used SAP to verify the status and theprogress of each order, ensuring that all the required elements are there, so that we could takethem to the packers, who prepared them for delivery.

This role involved very good planning and management skills, the translation projects had to bedelivered in a timely manner, respecting the SLA with the final client and very tight deadlines aswell. As a Project Manager, my main tasks included: communicating with the client and thelinguistic agencies, as their main point of contact, creating and placing the projects intoproduction, creating ballparks for the client, updating the client about the timeline and allpossible changes or problems that might occur during the process, following every step of theworkflow and solving all incoming issues, delivering the projects on time and insuring all clientinstructions were implemented, follow-up, test projects, creating weekly and monthly reports.I've acquired the ability to work proactively, diligently and autonomously in a fast-paced andmultitasking environment.

The position I occupied was that of project support for the Implementation team. Mainresponsibilities: preparing all the documentation for the implementation of a new customer forthe freight bill audit process ; checking the correctness and all the elements of a freight bill,knowledge of the whole billing cycle in order to follow all the required steps, creating ticketsfor the missing pieces of information, filling in the spreadsheets needed to audit the invoicesproperly ; checking for missing information and filling in the gaps. I had another short term position as a trainer for the transportation providers in French, offeringonline training (via Skype or Go to meeting) for the transportation providers that worked withour customers, offering them support on their account along the entire process.

I worked with a global company, world leader on the wellness market. We worked alongside thepeople who wished to improve their lifestyle, their eating habits, the energy level, their wellbeing, the physical or financial situation. We offered personalised programs, wellnessevaluations, nutrition clubs and fitness classes, guidance and support during the entire period ofcollaboration. We also focused on creating a team and on recruiting new members who couldand wished to specialise as wellness coaches, but also on training leaders, marketing andmanagement experts. In my last two years, I created a nutrition and workout project with 3 ofmy team members, where we offered Functional workouts indoor and outdoor, nutritionworkshops, monitoring, follow-up and parties with tasting for our customers.

This workplace was an inbound call-center, specialised in serving the clients efficiently, specific and in aprofessional manner. Our client was Samsung Italia. Main tasks: answered all inbound calls, offered the customer informational, instructional and technical support, solved easy technical issues and gave instructions to customers, entered all relevant data of the call in SAP

I was hired by a foreign languages center and Terapia Ranbaxy was its client, a big pharmaceutical company from Cluj-Napoca, whose owners were Indians and who were receiving a lot of foreign visitors. My main tasks were to teach the English language at different levels for the employees of Terapia Ranbaxy, to test their language skills and mainly improve their communication skills. I had four groups of 1 to 5 people and worked on the beginner, elementary and pre-intermediate level. It was a very rewarding job, as I could see day by day how my students were improving their language skills slowly, but surely. It was a project-based job.
