- manage multiple recruitment projects for different clients and different industries (IT, Production, BPO, Finance etc.)- develop recruitment strategies - develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, their work culture and environment- identify and select potential candidates depending on candidate profile and job vacancy expectations, using different tools- schedule and conduct interviews- create candidate's profile & recommendation - offer feedback to candidates included in the selection processes- prepare recruitment and selection reports for clients- train and mentor new recruiters, conduct onboarding processes- SPOC for various clients and Project Manager for some accounts

- offer support to the unemployed people registered at AJOFM (The County Workforce Development Agency)- help them fill out applications for counseling session & register their data in the internal tool- provide information regarding different ways of searching for a workplace - help them enroll in initiation, qualification and specialization courses- conduct semi-structured interviews- apply compatibility questionnaires for various occupations, based on thinking and reasoning style, occupational interests and behavioral traits- create candidate's profile- conduct weekly group counseling sessions to discuss strategies for finding jobs
