• Define long term lending business strategy, aligned with retail/bank objectives, market expectations• Define contribution of each lending product, customer segment and channels to the lending/retail strategy• Define commercial campaigns to support expected performance of the lending products• Propose pricing strategy for the lending products and actively monitor• Promote the experimentation mindset across the squad members, sharing results and identifying best practice• Monitor lending products performance, sales and P&L related• Support the agile way of working and actively look for improving it• Prepare and be ready to present the squad priorities in front of various stakeholders• Making presentations for the Bank’s Board of Directors and get approval for proposed changes• Managing multiple projects at once• Close connection to cross-functional teams to deliver results (platform, Data Warehouse, app development)• Ensuring alignment within the region. Working closely with the colleagues from other countries (in ING) to ensure knowledge sharing & scaling of best-practices across Europe• Maintaining the relationship with sales channels: offices, brokers, online and review their profitability

•Performing analytical review of sales data and assisting the Retail Sales Manager and the Head of Retail Bank by providing reports as required•Defining and preparing daily, weekly or monthly reports regarding the Retail Banking sales activity on certain objectives and parameters using the Data Warehouse system of the Bank;•Preparing quarterly estimations on sales based on historic data;•Maintaining the relationship with the Office Managers and Area Managers regarding the supplied reports and the instruments they need;•Participating in committees and meetings in order to evaluate the impact of certain business decisions over the applications and remuneration scheme;•Establishing commissions/bonuses/incentives for the new bank products and analyzing the impact of the business decisions over the actual remuneration scheme•Acts as a consultant involved as a resources for definition, testing, design, implement of business strategies;•Define business requirements for automation of the retail reporting tools and maintain relation with IT department;•Monitor and evaluate the activity of each ING Office and prepare reports drawing attention on the main aspects;

Conducting external audits for corporate customers across Romania, implying the following activities: •Perform analytical review of audit documents •Review client accounting and operating procedures and systems of internal control •Identify accounting and auditing issues, perform research to solve issues that arise •Design and perform tests of internal controls, identify errors and control deficiencies, understand and communicate the downstream impact on the business of control deficiencies •Communicate with the audit customer to gain an understanding of the area being reviewed •Provide updates throughout the project and present audit findings and recommendations to management, communicate the results of the project in both a written report and oral presentation, as appropriate •Provide recommendations for improved controls and enhanced business efficiency •Prepare financial statement reports and documentation supporting the company’s audit opinions •Example of audited companies: Domeniile Halewood, Media Pro, ALRO, Hercesa Imobiliare, Schenker Romtrans, Petrom, Wolf Theiss Romania, Novoinvest
