Main activities: - understanding customer needs (Germany focused) in order to deliver high quality upgrade proposals (KOB3 projects) using DeltaV automated solutions- close collaboration with the sales engineers to ensure the delivery of a cost-effective solution based on the DeltaV portfolio (classical or virtualized Upgrade)- knowledge transfer to the Team via dedicated trainings and/or day to day support - good understanding of the proposal process and the related tools (CRM, EET, WCC)
