I am currently an International Project Manager and Quality Control Manager at NTU International, where I lead and manage large, EU-funded international projects from concept to execution, ensuring top-tier quality and impact. I am proficient in developing detailed project plans that align with the expectations of clients, stakeholders, and beneficiaries, as well as with the available and allocated resources. I am confident in managing complex projects across various technical domains, as well as navigating geographical, social, and cultural boundaries.🛫 I prepare and manage EASA Framework Contracts across a wide range of domains, including legislation, HEMS, safety management, sustainable fuels, Air Traffic Management, etc. I consistently engage with high-level stakeholders, such as EASA, and maintain strong relationships with numerous Civil Aviation Authorities across Europe, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as South East, South, and North Asia.🏙️ Under the EIBAS Framework Contracts, I manage projects focusing on regional and urban development, social infrastructure, and economic growth. 🌿 Through EU SEA 2023 Framework Contracts, I handle projects with EU Delegations throughout the globe in sustainable transport, infrastructures, green cities, connectivity, and sustainable mobility.🌎 I've had the privilege of calling various corners of the world my home, from North and South America to the Middle East, and now Europe. This rich tapestry of experiences has equipped me with a deep understanding of intercultural competencies, fostering my ability to engage and adapt to diverse cultural encounters with an open and receptive mindset.
