Responsabilities:- General Treasury Management and NGO's Financial Responsible- Executive Bureau's task manager, facilitated collaboration within the inner leading team through a dedicated Agile-type platform(ClickUp), used for task management and delegation, calendar updating and individual reminders- Database Management- Periodically communicating with financial and legal partners regarding general accounting and legislation issues- Deciding the NGO's overall direction regarding future partnerships and budgeting plan, together with the coordinator of the Fundraising Department and the NGO's president- Assuring NGO's continuity and development by supporting the evolution of current and new project initiatives within the Executive Bureau's team

Responsibilities:- Coordinated a team of about 50 people regarding the public and private project-based funding aspect of the organization- Facilitated several pieces of training regarding research for public and private funding prospects, application and reporting processes for them, while also teaching people how to follow specific funding's requirements- Upon coordinating small dedicated teams of around 3-5 people, received public funding for several projects adapted to the pandemic situation, in total worth of ~5000 euros- As an over the year - periodic activity, I've conducted several research and brainstorming sessions, small dedicated training sessions for internal project reporting and drafting of expense claims for different financing lines
