Main responsabilities:- Develop recruiting strategies in order to fill job openings;- Identify the best channels of recruitment - internal database, networking, recruitment sites, referrals;- Job posting on job boards, CV screening;- Invite candidates to interviews, conduct phone and face to face interviews;- Offer feedback to candidates and keeping them up to date regarding the recruitment process;- Update various reports;- Communicate with Hiring Managers and keeping them up to date regarding the candidates short list, pipeline and recruitment process;- Evaluate different competences of candidates (foreign language level - English);- Constantly trying to improve my recruiting skills.
