-Conducting individual face to face or online therapy sessions, for adults and adolescents;-Working with various clinical or sub-clinical difficulties (anxiety, depression, phobias, panic attacks, personality disorders, burnout) and interpersonal problems;-Using Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy interventions.

- Recruiting for national and multinational companies- Discussing with the client in order to clarify the role (responsibilities, skills needed, deadline, budget etc.)- Performing direct search with Boolean methodology- Writing and posting recruitment ads on external job sites and social media channels- Identifying the most productive sources of selection (recruitment sites, networking, recommendations, social and professional networks, executive search, head hunting)- Selecting potential candidates based on the candidate profile and job requirements- Contacting the candidates and "selling" the job suitable for their profiles and experience- Conducting face to face and online interviews- Creating the structures of competencies interviews for each profiles by the technical and soft skills that we have to investigate- Developing and maintaining a good professional relationship with candidates and our company’s clients.
