My first career, in banking, spanned almost 18 years: I built and managed change and transformation at scale, led programs and departments across business lines while leading large, diverse, and functionally distributed teams. In my roles I handled projects as interesting and diverse as new business lines set-up, customer segmentation and strategy, product and service definition and build-up, sales skills and sales management standards definition and implementation, reorganization and turnaround. I took on challenges ranging from KPI and OKR definition, measurement and management to investment and wealth management, being responsible for client strategy and distribution channels. Then I decided to dedicate the second part of my professional career to digital transformation, innovation and entrepreneurship. Therefore, I exited the corporate world and I am now bringing my energy and experience to business owners, as a trusted tranformation and investment readiness advisor. A special place in my heart and in my activities is taken by the tech start-up world, where I like to contribute both as an angel investor, part of the WIT Angels community and as an enabler to the growth of the ecosystem. I am passionate about sharing what I have learned in business and life with bright and brave founders and help them build the future and my motivation lies in the opportunities to build businesses that are sustainable, resilient and that can scale extensively.
