Overall responsibilities:• Promoting the company's products from the portfolio such as Food supliments andmedical devices in pharmacies, hospitals, polyclinics, through direct visits or within in Bucharest – District 2, 3, 4 and Buzau.• Strengthening business relationships with key customers (drugstore chains, independent pharmacies)• Making an daily number of visits to HCP health specialists within the established client group and pharmacies.• Making hospitals and pharmacies presentations.• Identifying new customers, maintaining relationships with key customers.• Promotion of products in pharmacies and according to the promotional cycle. • Realization of periodic sell-in and sell-out targets for each product monthly, quarterly, promotional cycle. • Participation at the Pediatrics conferences to promote company’s products and building relationships with the doctors.

Overall responsibilities:• Receiving, processing and invoicing orders from customers according to procedures and work instructions;• Constant communication with distributors in order to issue invoices and to ensure that thedelivery is made in optimal conditions;• Maintaining contact with clients regarding stocks and deliveries, with the transport company;• Providing support to the Distribution Department in order to prepare sales reports, as well asfor any other requests;• Preparation of monthly reports on the sale of medicines and their submission to ANMDMR• Preparation of materials for participation in congresses in accordance with the promotional needscommunicated by the Sales and Marketing Departments;• Preparation and verification of reception documents of external suppliers;• Preparation of medical device traceability report;• Maintaining communication with the carrier for external deliveries;• Registered and sending invoices to the Accounting Department;• Collaboration with the involved departments to purchase office equipment, stationery,maintenance services for the company headquarters space;• Participation in supplier audits;• Stock reconciliation;• Preparation of work procedures and instructions;• Archiving of orders and invoices;• Identification of doctors in the area, building the relationship with the doctor.• Making an average number of visits per day to HCP health specialists within the establishedclient group.• Promotion of products from the portfolio such as RX, OTC, food supplements and cosmetics.• Promotion of products in pharmacies and according to the promotional cycle.• Realisation of periodic sell-in and sell-out targets for each product monthly, quarterly, promotional cycle.
