Exclusive distributor, whole-seller and retailer of top European and USA companies.My main responsibilities and achievements:- Negotiating contracts with all suppliers;- Setting-up correct pricing strategy for entire market, considering supplier recommended prices, distribution margins and company profitability needs;- Handling all import procedures & logistics;- Elaborated in person the web-shop from scratch, based on #1 e-commerce platform - Shopify;- Implemented all internal procedures and built a team of 13 employees;- Supervising all departments and partially managing myself: sales, marketing, finances, accounting, customer service, etc;- Raised to 400.000+ euros turnover and 12.000 registered customers;- Brand of the year 2020;- Big fan of automation and digitisation of procedures;

NTA Invest Group is a supplier of raw materials for big industrial factories in Moldova, main customers being local glass factories.My main responsibilities and achievements:- Managed the whole operation chain from negotiation & contracting third parties to logistics and final delivery;- Operated up to 5mln $ yearly in acquisitions;- Organised logistics for big lots of cargo, up to 5.000 metric tons per import, which implies chartering whole shipping vessels, and train sets with up to 60 wagons;- Optimized the costs;- Opened a branch company in Romania which I administrated afterwards.

N.V. Race Productions is a Belgian manufacturer of premium competition bicycles and components, owning 2 brands: Ridley Bikes and Forza Components, having its facilities in Belgium, Moldova and Asia.My main responsibilities and achievments:- Launched distribution in 8 new markets;- Increased the turnover in the area by 350% in 2-3 years;- Managed 12 accounts, with total turnover of 500.000 euros;- Implemented social media for Ridley Bikes and 4ZA Components;

Air Service is a subsidiary company of Moldavian Airlines which is the first (and only at that time) Moldovan private commercial airline company. The agency was acting as the airline's sales office and official representative for several other carriers in Moldova.My main responsibilities and achievments:- Started as a ticketing agent and have been promoted to Corporate Sales Manager in several months;- Improved customer's service quality by implementing my knowledge from USA trainings;- Won 6 out of 7 tenders, among main customers: Presidency of Moldova, Parliament of Moldova, several Ministries and big corporations;- Managed the key accounts;- Conducted trainings to my colleagues about business email etiquette;

I was very lucky to start my career at a large American company. Despite it was only for a short period of time, I obtained valuable knowledge in customer service from high profile trainers and great experience during the job.
