I came to eJobs on a short term project, and in less than six months I was already a full time member of the team. After auditing the company’s social media presence and content potential, we discovered an infinite array of possibilities, ranging from whitepapers, landing pages, newsletters (and everything-digital) to BTL products, complex brand campaigns and events.During the first two years I was in charge of both social media and copywriting, but afterwards, as the company grew and the projects multiplied, I dedicated most of my time to the latter. The rest of my time was dedicated to our employer branding branch, where we help other companies improve their awareness and desirability as employers. Throughout most of my advertising & branding career, I’ve worked with objects: digital products, electronics, heating units, perfumes etc. However, working with these objects has never been about the products themselves, but about the people that interact with them. That’s why I always found it easy to market anything. Because I was never writing about an object, I was writing for a person. That’s why I find Human Resources and, in particular, Employer Branding so attractive, because they are about people. Now I’m currently in love with these fields, and can’t wait to discover all their secrets.

I never expected to fall in love with the HVAC industry, but, behind the products themselves, at Ferroli I discovered a community of passionate individuals, who truly care about bringing comfort to other people. As such, whenever I had to write a blog post or a social media post about a pellet stove or a boiler, it became an easy and even pleasant task, knowing the team behind it all. It's amazing how much people can change a product. I like to believe that I brought the same level of authenticity and passion to the texts I wrote for Ferroli.

This is where I first made contact with eJobs and Ferroli Romania, clients with whom I continued to collaborate afterwards. I created many digital campaigns that included landing pages, newsletters, social media content, blog posts and contests, and even took part in the creation of a mobile video game.

It was such a pleasure to work for Altex, the leading electronic and appliance retailer in Romania, as it familiarized me both with e-commerce and the retail universe. I enjoyed creating storyboards for TV commercials, several creative campaigns per week and even working directly with distributors and manufacturers.

Although not my first professional experience in copywriting and content writing, CMD was, indeed, my first full time job and taught me many valuable lessons that I still follow today. I learned how to employ SEO techniques in my writing, how to write copy that works for digital campaigns and how to sail international collaborations with teams from all over the world.
