As a part of the operations team, I am responsible for designing, planning, and executing programs that provide startups with the resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities they need to succeed. My role involves working closely with founders to understand their needs, developing relationships with industry experts and investors, finding perfect-fit mentors, making sure acceleration programs run smoothly on a daily basis, and organizing online/offline demo days to grow a network of high-quality investors.
