I provide consulting services:- Innovation: having a strong background in innovation and strategy, I transform companies to embrace inovation at all levels. From setting up dedicated innovation labs or departments to changing the company culture into an innovative mindset, empowered with tools and processes that boost it.- New product development: I help companies set up successful methodologies and teams to bring new products to market. Using lean innovation principles to find the right customer - product/service fit in an iterative way with reduce risk.- Technical and product recruiting: I use my experience of having hired hundreds of people and set up scores of high performing teams, both vertical and horizontal (development, QA, product, system architects, solution architects...).Worked in different projects:- Strategy consultant at Wura a sports measurement sensor brand focused on rowing (2021)- Interim General Manager at Redborder a cybersecurity appliances company (2020-2021)- Development team and process restructuring for Entradas.com in Spain (2019)- Digitizing the supply chain for a restaurant chain (2019)

In charge of innovation and strategy at Fon, my role consists in helping define the strategy of the company together with the top management team and monitoring the company at different levels to make sure we work aligned with the strategy.I also work on making Fon be as innovative as possible and especially in improving the value of the innovations we develop. I focus on involving the whole company in the process of innovation, from idea creation and selection to execution of the innovations and measuring the impact and benefits of them.Fon is innovative by nature; we have transformed the WiFi world and keep working on disrupting it with new technologies and business models.

In charge of a team of engineers that work on analysing and studying the technology ecosystem around Fon and giving technology and business guidance to help build the road map.

Strategic partnerships and technical business development.Built 3 teams of senior engineers from scratch. Main focus on Systems Architecture, Telco integration and R&D; covering the technology production from its inception to mass production.Firmware and CPE strategy. Defined partnership programme and certification process.

As the firmware manager I was in charge of a team that developed the Fonera social WiFi routers.I was in charge of deciding the hardware specs, the operating system and software specs and deliver the product.The team was formed by experienced embedded-C developers.During this period we switched the working model to use Scrum as pioneers within Fon; later on the whole company followed the example.As a Firmware manager I lead the team to release 4 different versions of our routers as well as the Fon Router specs that were then used by other CPA manufacturers to implement Fon in their devices.I also led the CPE integrations team that prepared and implemented the Fon Certified Router programme allowing CPE manufacturers to get their routers Fon Certified. The team defined the test plans and process that was then delivered to the manufacturers.

In charge of the development team. Opensource (Linux) based firmware development for embedded systems (wireless routers). Shared WiFi, network planning, WiFi antenna selection etc.

I was in charge, since my second year at university of the network and systems on an Investigation Department. The department was focus on Digital Voice, synthesizing and recognizing Basque language voices.The position consisted in managing an heterogeneous network of Windows, Mac and Linux client stations as well as 4 to 6 Linux servers. The servers were used for different tasks, such as web services, clustered and remote compilation servers, NetBIOS domain server etc.
