Xingaderias [pronounced: sheen-cah-té-rías] is what my father used to call my Latinx cheese, sausage, and cracker creations when I would make them for his birthday. Following my passion for challenging tradition sand culture, I bring the best of our traditional Latinx snacks along with traditional charcuterie delicacies. I've added hints of chili powders, sweet and salty, chewy, and crunchy tones to introduce you to the world of Latinx spices or to warm your heart with childhood favorites.
