The BAT course focuses on understanding various forms of business architecture, and how to manage information resources within firms that are crucial for further transformation. In order to cope with the ever-changing competition, transformation is essential to firms. Although understanding information technologies and their roles in transforming businesses are important, this offers only one part of the picture. Based on unique architectures in different businesses, the success of firms also depends heavily on whether firms can better leverage the impact of information technology on within-firm personnel, organizational performance, and even societal environment. The BAT course aims to explain the importance of business architecture and transformation to firms. The penetration of information technology increases work efficiency and raises concerns over privacy. While embracing the two sides of IT, the current structure of the labor market and business will be reshaped. Consequently, IT will leave a more profound impact on society.

Philosophy of science is a sub-field of philosophy concerned with the foundations, methods, and implications of science. The central questions of this study concern what qualifies as science, the reliability of scientific theories, and the ultimate purpose of science.As a Philosophy of Science teaching assistant, I evaluated a total of 230 International Business Administration students based on two different assignments: essay-based and creative video-based. This position thought me how to be fair and objective, and explain complex ideas from the philosophy of science field.
