- Ensures legal opinions, briefs, memoranda, and other written work are fully researched, and contain accurate and appropriate legal and policy analysis and conclusions. - Pursues and achieves goals to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of company operations.- Serves as a legal representative and spokesperson for Jakasanovski Law Office at stakeholder, interagency, and international meetings dealing with a variety of legal issues and information. - Supports difficult and complex legal problems and issues- Provides advice and consultation for cases related to foreign assistance, as well as international law.

- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable trainers for delivering training courses in: Finance and Audit - Developing a working, consultative relationship with Learning Institutes, Academies and Faculties as appropriate- Responsible for design is innovative instructional solutions that meet the needs identified with a keen sense of the solutions' practical implementation, use by its intended audience, consistency with other approaches in use, and ongoing ease of management- Researching accepted and emerging solutions for instructional needs (searching for appropriate solutions; brainstorming possible innovations; preparing justification for solutions; prescribing practical application of accepted solutions).- Collecting and organizing faculty content into a comprehensive, methodological format - Organization, planning, scheduling and executing professional development activities

• Assessment of marketplace needs for trainings. Continually monitoring, collecting and analyzing data from surveys, focus groups, evaluations, customer feedback, error analysis, etc.• Consulting with Director of Resource Development and other Training Consultants in determine appropriate training solutions in response to customer inquiries.• Identifying appropriate instructional methodologies and delivery of methods to meet identified needs.• Continuous evaluation and strategies for improving existing training programs.• Participation in special projects and other duties as assigned.
