-Providing leadership to Global HR Solution teams through effective use of process management tools- Ensuring that all functional processes are defined, documented,maintained, communicated and implemented- Providing guidance on the procedure creation and maintenance- Monitoring team performance and metrics to ensure business needs- Propose process improvement- Traininig and coaching the team ​on policies, processes and business rules-Managing Quality Assurance process

Supervising a small team by providing technical assistance, monitoringthe quality and quantity of team work and suggesting improvements of processes/procedures whenneeded.Being available for questions and guidance, and clearly explaining other available sources ofinformation; Quality monitoring of the team members’ performance; Cross internal communication; Updating, creating and improvement of documents and processes; Preparation of training plans and conduction of internal trainings; Supporting the team leaders and supervisors in their daily work and perform other related tasks as required. Escalating ongoing questions/issues to appropriate department.
