• Coordinating sales of mortgagee in possession properties on behalf of corporate Clients• Manage a portfolio of 70+ properties • Provide extensive and detailed updates to Clients about sale progress • Approval of schedules, market appraisal, CMAs, repair quotes, invoices, agency agreements • Understanding of property Valuations • Negotiate on final sale price with Client and real estate agents • Constant liaising with Clients, Solicitors and real estate agents • Accounts and invoicing• Follow strict confidentiality procedures
