As the Product Manager for the Loyalty Marketing Cloud solution at Comarch, I am responsible for managing the development of the product and oversee integrations with platforms like Shopify and Salesforce. Recently, our product has been rebranded as Echo Loyalty (https://www.echoloyalty.com) , and we've expanded our portfolio to serve businesses of all sizes, from SMEs to large enterprises.My educational background is in project management and business. I’ve been working with e-commerce platforms for the past three years, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction is my main focus.I speak Mandarin Chinese fluently and I have seven years of experience on the Chinese market, both in retail and wholesale.I embrace challenges and view failure as an opportunity to learn and grow.I prioritize the team I work with, good relationships, strong sense of commitment and open communication.
