-Measure and prepare garments for fitting-Fit on live model, identify fit issues-Communicate solving fit issues to the factory using illustrator to show how to fix the pattern- Update tech packs once they have been handed over to production- Help design with initial illustrator sketches

- Gather Information to create new tech packs for incoming style.- Lead fittings on live model and dress form along with design and production management to ensure that garments have the best fit and meet industry standards.- Translate Design CADs and existing products into technical CADs for product development with Adobe Illustrator - Make comments using excel, update specs and grade them.- Manage sample shipments to and from vendors & customers including tagging, categorizing, approval receipts, and internal approval documentation

- Develope measurements to send to factories for new styles handed off by Design- Create, update, and maintain custom-manufactured product development tech packs and design requests utilizing PLM (WFX)- Manage active WIP report for all vendors, maintain day to day vendor relationships; track and confirm vendor commitments

Gather Information to create new tech packs for incoming style to keep from 1st through TOPs.- Measure and inspect garments coming from factories making sure that the samples are up to standard.- Fit Garment on live model and dress form along with design and production management to ensure that garments have the best fit and meet industry standards.- Use illustrator to manipulate sketches to create new CADs and also to demonstrate changes on garments. - Make comments using excel, update specs and grade them. - Use Gerber Accumark to make minor changes to the patterns and send updated pattern to factories. - Prepare garments to send to buyers for approval along with respective information tags.
