Segment Marketing Manager, Europe, Middle East & Africa (Afemea)
- Responsible to drive vertical segment growth plans from identification to implementation- Year over year delivered profitable top line growth for the segments, outperformed industry by 2% - In accordance with the Business Line strategy, developed and implemented 5 years strategic plan for the segments, including: product and service portfolio roadmap, EMEA and global roll out strategy, manufacturing footprint, logistics, sales and profit targets, evaluate core value proposition- Launched industry first recycling ready flexible packaging material for retort application from technical targets to the global roll out, including value engineering and value proposition, marketing and sales campaigns- Designed and executed semi-monthly webinars to improve vendor relationship, targeting largest EU retail chains as well as manufacturers - Provided support during local and regional implementation of new products- Coached and motivate sales organization, ran quarterly commercial and technical trainings- Drove and ensured knowledge sharing and cross-collaboration process with innovative portfolio review and vertical review sessions- Supported sales organization with key negotiations and presentations to large customers and new business opportunities - Contributed to the implementation of Amcor rebranding campaign
