Reporting to Fleet Manager and Regional Managers with vehicles in stock, allocation, registration and dispatch.Responsible for setting up all the yearly orders and raising new derivatives for all manufacturer models for Demo, Zipcar, Regal, Avis Prestige and Avis cars.Responsible for allocation of Avis, Avis Prestige, Zipcar and Regal cars.Deal with all Avis location queries via email. Internal and external.Deal with Infleet and invoicing queries from our other HQ in Budapest.Arrange repatriation of vehicles for Avis UK and Avis Europe. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager acted as sole responsibility of dealing complaint emails from customers via Avis Head Office Worldwide. Dealing with Corporate Account queries such as Government, AA, PHH, Pilkington etc.Train staff using Avis in-house systems.
