Until the fall of 2021, I worked as a senior lecturer at two universities, taught various subjects (mathematical modeling, life safety, oil and gas transportation, etc.). During that period, I got interested in IT-sphere and started learning basics of programming (CS 50), just for fun.Then I decided to dive into game development. My interest in this area lasted for almost 2 years. During this period I learnt Unity (C#), Unreal Engine 4 (C++) and made some simple projects (https://github.com/Sunny-Muffin). But then, I got promotion.Since april 2023 I work as project manager in small IT-company (Laboratory of industrial solutions) and I really like my job!I love to communicate with different people, I know how to make plans and reports. And I can finally use all my soft skills, that were created during 7 years of lecturing and tutoring.Now I manage a small team of software engineers. Together we develop training complexes for plants and facilities with hazardous processes to make them safer for workers.During everyday work as project manager I carry out:- regular meetings (daily, weekly)- scheduling- communications with product owner and client- monitoring and controlMy projects (october 2024):- 2D Training complex for chemical plant in Tolyatti (~50 000 USD)- 3D Training complex for financial facility in Moscow (pilot project, ~4 500 USD)- 3D Training complex for oil refinery plant (in process) Also I'am studying and improving skills in:- Project management- Data and business analytics- Mobile apps development- Game development (in plans)
