•Provide support to Intermedia customers (mostly US and UK customers)•Answer incoming phone calls from your assigned telephone queue (with English native speakers)•Respond to incoming e-mail support requests•Assist new clients with the on-boarding process•Recognize trends and report them to senior level engineers•Find and document any new support issues•Work with other team members (HQ in California, other branches are in NY and Saint Petersburg).•Providing excellent technical support and customer service to our customers•Responsible for other duties as assigned.
