I will be receiving my Associates Degree in computer science in the Network System Administration field and working on also receiving a bachelor’s degree in Cyber security by taking varies courses that allow me to excel in my professional skills as well as my Technical skills within my degree. I am looking for a company that will allow me to excel in a position and utilize using my skills. I believe with my skills and knowledge I will advance in the position by confirming my education, knowledge and professional attributes that I will bring to a company. I am currently a Supervisor at Bank of America at a call center providing world class customer service to our customers. I currently excel in this position by de-escalating calls, assisting customer with finance products that best fits their needs. I am also trained to assist customers with online banking issues by troubleshooting any type of errors that they may encounter. I have also improved colleagues in training with new software upgrades that we tend to receive to better our accuracy in information given to the customer and products that will provide additional services to help customers with their finances.
