Responsible for developing, from discovery to implementation, data-driven products and features within Ambev Logistics - working simultaneously on Data Engineering, Data Science and Advanced Analytics projects. My primary focus is working alongside cross-functional teams in order to leverage data to create products that meet the needs of customers (both internal and external) and drive business growth.Over 2 Mio. USD generated in globally validated business value creation on 2023 alone.

Responsible for leading a team of 4 Devs and 1 Agilist in crucial deliveries for business stakeholders, assessing the needs of the Business Planning teams and using technology to deliver the best possible solution - all supported by agile rites (coordinating dailys, plannings, reviews) and technological tools (DevOps, PBI, SQL, Iris).

Logistics Planning PPM, with active participation in the management of Service Level and Cost-related KPIs, focused on generating value throughout the entire supply chain.Responsible for the development and dissemination (in and out of BR) of the new Planning success KPI in 2022 (Theoretical Unavailability), which became one of the goals of all stakeholders in 2023 - from operational managers to Directors and VPs.I also delivered a Green Belt (Hybrid LSS) with the scope to leverage, via technology, the 'Time To Market' of Innovation products - with an estimated value creation of R$2M in financial benefits.

Approved in the most competitive Trainee selection process in Brazil (~2.4k candidates/vacancy).Training in a rotation model that lasted 5 months through all Ambev business areas with an immersion experience in offices and operations spread across Brazil - São Paulo, Campinas, Salvador, Curitiba and Porto Alegre.

Development of the 'Full Digital Lab', a cross-sectional area responsible for testing and validating problem-solving hypotheses aiming to disrupt Ambev logistics towards a Digital Transformation. Alongside 'Transit Points' and 'Express Delivery', more than 40 Proofs of Concepts were tested within the operation, involving people, process and technology - all of which with scalability and financial benefits accounted for.

Member of the DDC's Urban Distribution team, responsible for the deliveries made at Rio de Janeiro center and high-end areas. Through Routing, Productivity and Service Level analysis, we were able to reach the Best Service Level of Brazil in 2020.

Responsible for the 2nd best Brazilian Distribution Planning Process in 2018 (DDC Jacarepaguá).
