To manage this I develop Risk Based Surveillance Plans tailored to a level of detail appropriate to the size, complexity and criticality of a suppliers facility and contracts to mitigate risk. I then convert these plans into inspection system plans, instructions, and checklist to evaluate the effectiveness of contractors' quality assurance program.Collects and analyzes customer, supplier and government quality data to identify unsatisfactory trends or weaknesses in the contractor's quality or inspection system and issue Corrective Action Requests (CARs) when deficiencies are discovered. Establish and maintains open communication channels with customers, suppliers, other specialists and supervisors.
