- Plan and schedule all incoming containers from overseas on a daily basis.- Assign duties and responsibility to all 40 employees in the warehouse including the company's drivers.- Design the layout and security policies for both active warehouses.- Process and complete all orders received from our logistics department in a timely manner.- Supervise all orders to be properly shipped according to customer's guidelines.- Communicate with forwarders, brokers, and trucking companies to plan all incoming and outgoing containers.- Manage over $15 million dollars of inventory. Evaluate and conduct inventory cycles every 3 months.- Process E-commerce orders for Overstock.com, Groupon, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Macy's on a daily basis. Print shipping labels with FedEx and UPS software.- Develop daily reports for upper management to plan future sales for all incoming merchandise.- Conduct weekly meetings with buyers, sales representatives, and logistic coordinators to improve and implement new procedures and guidelines according to the customer's needs.

- Plan and schedule transportation mode for different customers on a daily basis. Seek for the appropriate service mode of transportation to maintain a cost effective balance.- Work closely with all customers to ensure satisfaction for all services provided.- Prepare and process all necessary documentation required such as customs clearance, bill of ladings, and delivery reports.- Assign and train logistics coordinators to ensure the company's policies and offer all clients courteous and efficient relations with all customers.- Oversee and process all billing to clients.- Keep track of all import and export merchandise and allocate all inventory efficiently.- Conduct monthly meetings with personnel and develop new efficient ways to improve the workflow.- Evaluate & implement installation of improved packaging & shipping systems.

- Handle incoming calls for all customer inquiries regarding windows, shower doors, and tabletops.- Distribute orders from customers to employees on a daily basis and monitor that each order is done according to customer's needs.- Prepare invoices for customers.- Maintain inventory on a daily basis.- Establish new forms of advertisement (flyers, websites, and coupons).- Keep records of accounts payable and receivable.
