Ivan is all New York. He was born in St. Vincent’s Hospital downtown, raised in Times Square, lived in the Garment District and called North Brooklyn home ever since. Residing in the vibrant Greenpoint, Williamsburg and Bushwick neighborhoods has made Ivan an expert in these and other areas. He specializes in residential sales and rentals in NYC as a full-service Citi Habitats agent, plus is familiar with investments and 1031 exchanges.Ivan’s passion for real estate is evidenced in his personal property ownership and blossomed further while managing some family-owned buildings. He is very in tuned to market conditions, and sensitive to his clients’ diverse needs. Fluency in Polish, Bulgarian and English allows him to serve Brooklyn’s wonderful melting pot of cultures.A graduate of Xavier High School, Ivan will soon receive his B.S. in Information Technology from Devry College of New York. He previously completed an enlistment in the U.S. Navy as a Construction Electrician CE5 with the Seabees, as well as with the U.S. Marine Corps as a 0311 Corporal of Infantry Marines.
