I successfully developed the following activities:o As assistant of the Project Director he worked in key initial activities of the FEED like develop Scope of Work (SOW), list of deliverables, building list, preliminary equipment list, software list and the man-hours estimation, Project Design Data Book and the Project FEED Book.o I was responsible for the developing of the workshare procedure between the different KBR engineering centres around the world, which participated in the FEED. After the previous initial activities, I was appointed as Associated Project Manager for the Diesel Hydrotreater Unit responsible for deliverable production oversight and coordination of both, KBR interdisciplinary activities, and the technology licensor activities, as well as the planning support for the FEED in this unit Coordinating the equipment and instrument specification and the process and piping design.

Rabigh II Project.Client: Aramco Overseas Company Working with the KBR project Team for the Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo, to provide basic engineering and related services for its phenol technology as a major expansion of the existing petroleum refining and petrochemical production complex in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia.Ivan worked as part of the MWKL task force for the quality consistency check on the project deliverables and he participated as CSE Principal Engineer, in the revision of the P&ID, interlock logic diagram, cause and effect diagram and control narratives for several units of the project.

Gorgon LNG Downstream Project.Client: ChevronThe Gorgon LNG Project scope is an EPCM of grassroots 3 x 5 Mt/a train LNG plant including storage, offsites, utilities, construction came and marine facilities situated on Barrow Island, Australia. Kellogg Joint Venture (KJVG) is part of the largest commercial carbon sequestration project to date that faces challenges with logistics and quarantine requirements.Ivan was responsible for CSE Discipline Project coordination activities for London/Greenford Engineering Centre. Champion in the Object Engineering Activities, Project Change Management Activities, Technical Integrity and Quality issues of the CSE Department, including Feed Technical Deviation, Request for Information, and Concession Request management. Ivan also manages the Staffing Plan of the CSE discipline and the hour control management. Additional Ivan was responsible for the generation and update of the Technology Work Plan, Transition Plan and coordination of the vendor package document review.

Karsto KEP 2010, F&G Project.Client: StatoilAs Fire & Gas (F&G) Project Engineering Coordinator, Ivan was responsible for managing the inter-discipline engineering interface between the F&G Engineering Team, HSE and others engineering disciplines in order to ensure the Quality and application of the project HSE and F&G philosophy and procedures. These activities included the coordination of the Fire F&G – HSE weekly meeting, as well as the follow-up the pending actions and Needs List Log coordination. Ivan was also responsible for the definition of the control and instrumentation deliverables and the achievement of the control of Instrument project milestones.

During this period, additional to the Automation Service Manager responsibilities, and as a part of the ABB Oil & Gas centre of excellence worldwide, Ivan was responsible for developing the optimization of the Positive Displacement Crude Pumps (Pumpjack) Project including the Software integration with the variable speed drives and third party optimization software.
