• Thorough coordination with Clients with respect to their shipments (Import/Export). Handled ADIDAS emerging markets' import and transshipment cargoes. Coordinating w/ our agents worldwide especially in Europe/Far east/ other GCC countries regarding necessary documents to make sure cargoes arrived and delivered w/out any delay.• For export, booking of cargo as per Customer’s requirement (POL, POD, Commodity, Shipper, Consignee, Cntr number, quantity, type of container and any other specific instructions like IMCO, Stuffing required, Transportation, other specific certificate required, etc.). Giving of Cntr release/acceptance letter to shipper and advice them the cut-off date, eta/ets of vsl as per carrier/line information. Gathering of necessary documents for export then filing of ED, B/E, load list to the port/customs. Then advice agent by pre-alert msg at POD re shipment.• For import, receiving pre-alerts with documents such as MB/L, HB/L, debit/booking note from agents at POL. Coordinating with shipping line/vessel operators regarding vsl/voy details (eta, rotation#, etc.).Using our oracle shipping system, I enter all import details then file manifest and discharge list to the port accordingly then send cargo arrival notice to consignee for D/O collection.• Container inventory, monitoring and control/ import and export documentation/ B/L proofreading and printing.
