Ivan is the CEO of BI Technologies. He leads the IT Governance, IT Audit and IT Due Diligence assignments. Ivan is an IS assurance and IT Governance professional. He holds the CISA (Certified Information System Auditor), CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT) certifications, Certified COBIT5 Implementer & Assessor and an MBA from ESUT Business School, Lagos. Since 2004, Ivan has been the lead IS Audit consultant to more than 10 Power Sector (PHCN) companies.He served as head of IT Audit department of a number of banks including Allstates Trust Bank Plc between 1993 and 1996, Continental Trust Bank Limited between 2000 and 2003. He was a principal consultant at EDP Audit & Security Associates between 1996 and 1999. Over the years, Ivan led and performed critical assurance over production IT environment, process alignment, IT project management as well as enterprise IT business alignment. He has performed IT security implementations and policy development, business process consulting in 3 banks, 5 insurance companies and 12 power sector companies.

With this solution, the Commission is able to swiftly respond to its diverse nature of internal and external stakeholders within and outside the country.

Successfully deployed and implemented the ACL Audit Exchange Server v. 13 for the Nigerian Communications Commission. In this project BI Technologies Ltd trained Internal Audit and IT departments personnel on the use of the software for data mining and analysis to uncover irregularities in transaction data.We also developed more than 12 Audit automation scripts in AX. Some interactive and some robotic (automatic) processing. The apex communication regulator is deriving significant value in audit time saving, enhanced data quality and improved revenue assurance.

Ivan as the lead consultant for the COBIT5 National Roadmap implementation project under the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) in conjunction with ISACA in Nigeria designed the National COBIT5 Implementation Roadmap for Nigeria.He conducted training on COBIT5 for regulators on Foundation, Implementation and Assessor levels as well as Board members.His effort has created a positive ripple effect on the nation as the number of COBIT5 professionals has increased significantly.
