Responsible for the Planning and Execution of Office restack projects, Retail Branch layouts and refurbishment projects.

Responsible for implementation of Capital work improvement schemes according to Group Standard Designs, Retail Design & Office Moves, and the day-to day running of Section responsible for planned & reactive maintenance.Post carries the responsibility to provide timely and cost-effective implementation of Capital Projects, Retail and Office improvement schemes , as well as project management and building maintenance programmes for the Corporate Real Estate Portfolio in the Maltese Islands.This calls for the strict financial management of capital & revenue budgets, and providing a consistently high level of service to internal & external customers in respect of time, quality & value for money.Role calls for in-depth knowledge of local building industry, practices and local construction techniques, Health & Safety issues, coupled with a working appreciation of Real Estate issues and a clear understanding of the requirements and needs of the varied departments within the organisation.The job also calls for the interaction of various departments including Operational ,Occupational Health & Safety, Legal & Compliance Issues and matters involving public bodies and Local/Planning Authorities.
