• Provision of high-value consulting services; primarily focusing on business requirements analysis, customer workflow engineering, configuration oversight, user acceptance testing, and product training. • Active participation in the sales process; working with the Clevest Salesperson, Clevest Product Manager, and the Customer to understand the prospective Customer’s needs in order to provide a Clevest solution that maximizes revenue, margin and customer satisfaction with the delivered solution. • Working with Product Management to create productized, repeatable solutions for Clevest’s market and to ensure that Clevest is updating these solutions based on customer feedback and the latest functionality in the product to maximize adoption. • Working within the Client Services team to help develop skill sets that align with best practices, customer needs, and opportunities to create additional revenue. • Working internally as a subject matter expert, providing critical information from the field that is essential to efficiently building best-in-class products.• Internal PS Operations: helped with maintenance of PSA system; creation and maintenance of operational reports; definition/implementation and administration of new PSA system (Netsuite OpenAir).

• Two-thirds of time spent helping co-ordinate internal and external youth work.• One-third of time split between theological training and helping out in other areas of the church.
