Harmonises European standards with the local requirements and executes their implementation in the factory.Coordinates on a daily basis with the security service, coordinates visits and other administrative jobs. Responsible for the development, implementation, and coordination of all programmes for occupational safety and environmental protection at the factory. Responsible for the annual audit of the insurance company in terms of security and fire protection, as well as for implementing corrective actions. Responsible for the programmes for prevention of incidents, injuries, and monitoring of first aid at the factory, including the staff and equipment. Supervises safety of the facilities and responds to all emergency situations / calls, ensuring the safety of all employees and visitors. Ensures the implementation of good practices among the employees in terms of work safety and hygiene in the workplace. Inspect and advises the employer in planning, selection, use, and maintenance of professional means, hazardous materials, and instruments and personal protective equipment. Organises preventive and periodic testing of working environment, as well as preventive and periodic checks and examinations of work equipment. Daily monitoring and controlling of the implementation of measures for health and safety of employees at work, together with responsibility for monitoring and implementing corrective measures.
