This job is based on the ITIL model. The goal of the Change Management process is to ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes, in order to minimize the impact of change-related incidents upon service quality, and consequently improve the day-to-day operations of the organization.

Goals: As a process evangelist I was able implement the new mindset for the Change Process, and build awareness of the importance of it.
The attendance for the CAB was increased and people understands and cares of having everything documented in out tool.
People is nowadays aware of the timeframes, deathlines, more suitable type of change for each situation. A great success!!!

Critical Incident Manager
· Owns, leads, coordinates and escalates restoration efforts on all top priority incidents.
· Works on resolution with the involved parties: capabilities, account teams, senior leadership within HP - frequently using bridge lines, HP Virtual rooms and other means of collaboration.
· Is involved in the incident restoration efforts from the begging until resolution.
· Is responsible for following up on timely RtOP (Response to Operational Problems) Notifications to Senior HP Leadership.
· Escalates critical incidents to the AMS Service Management Leaders, while continuing to focus and support Incident resolution.
· Maintains the appropriate level of authority within the HP capability teams and organizations and Account teams to ensure the success of the incident resolution.
· Leads the internal communication of the incident.
· Liaises with other Situation Manager counterparts across other regions to proactively remain up to speed on process changes or updates and also promote consistent best practices.
· Follows HP Global Incident Mgmt processes and tools to minimize restoration times, document impact and resolutions steps, provide timely notification to interested parties.
