CurrentI has greatly improved the efficiency of our employee supply department with regards to employee sales and employee supplies. I has accomplished this task by developing a Database that allows payroll deductions and inventory control to interface there by increasing efficiency in a timely manner and eliminating manual tasks. I also in the process of interfacing with the payroll system and reporting to create documents that will simplify and automate daily reporting. There was a need for this development recognized that fact by monitoring all aspects involved in company store sale and communicating with all persons involved to better ensure all needs were accomplished. I also developed a data base in order to administer new employee applications received by the Human Recourses Department. This software is used to fill vacant job posting, catalog and keep track of every application received, and run accurate monthly and annual reports as needed by the company. The Application Log Program has facilitated the means in which information is kept, it guarantees its accuracy and has minimized the amount of time spent on generating punctilious reports and eliminating the use of Excel for application purposes.
