I'm formerly a line pilot on the BE350i Super King Air at Gama Aviation. Gama Aviation works in conjunction with Wheels Up to operate a fleet of approximately 40 Super King Airs and 12 Citation XL/XLS business jets. Wheels Up is a rapidly expanding membership based company with offices in Times Square in NYC. Gama Aviation LLC, a subsidiary of UK based Gama Aviation, operates from offices in Shelton, Conn.

I managed a Part 91 scheduled cargo airline with six PC-12's, managed a large Part 135 contract carrier, and managed a NetJets account. The department had 17 pilots and 7 Aviation Maintenance Techs. We had 29 scheduled flights nightly covering most of the United States. During my tenure, we implemented a plan to achieve IS-BAO level 1, implemented a fully functional SMS, implemented ARINCDIRECT flight following services, and hired a Safety Manager and a Maintenance Manager. I also coordinated the purchase of two PC-12's and the sale of the department's two Navajo freighters. During my tenure, the department passed an informal IS-BAO level 1 audit conducted by Baldwin Safety.

Managed a corporate flight department staffed with 30 employees and equipped with two Challenger 601's and two Saab 2000's. During my tenure, the department achieved IS-BAO Stage 2, developed a fully functioning SMS, and received numerous NBAA safe flying awards. Supervised the development of the General Operations Manual and the General Manual. Supervised the establishment of a department Standardization and Training Program. We transitioned to paperless cockpit operations during this period and integrated IPAD electornic flight bags into our operation. Actively participated in regional Safety Round- tables and helped establish the NBAA Training Advisory Committee.
