I specialise in creating and sustaining high team performance working with Board, Executive and Senior Leadership teams. This work can be both standalone or within organisational change programmes. As a coach, team coach and coaching supervisor, I support leaders and their teams to be high performing through coaching, team coaching and co-delivery of accredited coaching programmes. I am a practitioner of more than 30 years and member of both EMCC and AC. I. am an occasional conference speaker and frequently deliver CPD events for fellow coaches and supervisors.Much of my working life has been in IT roles with large corporates in either Finance or Engineering Industries. In that time, alongside my core IT roles, I championed Mental Health and Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion and Coaching. I ended corporate life in a Head of Coaching role before co-creating Melange Coaching with Bernadette Rothwell.
