-Managed a team of 7-9 direct reports -Managed Shipping, Receiving, and Preservation at the Gears facility.-Managed an additional 7 indirect reports to complete 3 month project to overhaul the preservation of all warehouse inventory.-Implemented a process to preserve all incoming material.-Reduced Preservation related defects (PONC) on warehouse inventory from $500K to $50K in 2017.-Improved the average cycle time for processing material receipts from 2+ days to .75 days in 2017. -Improved the shipping average cycle time for outgoing shipments from 7 days to 3 days.

The sole buyer for the Western Region Facilities department. I supported all FMC Facilities in Houston, including our most recent addition, Generation Park. I was responsible for managing spend related to construction, forklifts, Cranes, HVAC, electrical, janitorial services, plumbing, and health and fitness. Since taking on this role, I established several major contracts, which will generate substantial cost savings for FMC over the next few years.

Responsible for purchasing subsea electronic sensor harnesses for the Controls product line at FMC, managing supply base in the US and in Norway. During the 4 months in this position, I gained extensive knowledge of the sensor product and electrical components. In addition, I also managed to achieve 100% on -time delivery of my product to all major FMC projects during this time period.

Core component machining buyer for the Well Completions Systems product line. Specifically, I subcontract the cladding and machining of wing blocks, the most critical items of the completion system, from raw forgings. I manage over $20 million in purchase orders annually with suppliers throughout Europe and Asia. The nature of this type of procurement has developed my expertise in SAP, logistics, negotiations, and supplier relationship management.

Responsible for forecasting, managing, and developing scheduling strategy around supply chain capacity for FMC's core product line, Well Completion Systems, also known as Subsea Christmas Trees. -Utilize FMC's forecasting application and Business Intelligence to gain insight into the workload and production schedule for upcoming years for subsea christmas trees.-Collaborate with the procurement department to develop purchasing and manufacturing strategy to reduce lead times, to improve quality, and to lower cost.

Learned and mastered a dashboard designing software program called Spider Strategies in order to build and design the infrastructure for a working organizational dashboard.• Developed intimate knowledge of the business in order to conceptualize metrics that could be used to accurately measure the state of the organization.• Worked directly with the CEO and Controller to develop a metrics to track the company’s strategic plan
