I am responsible for SK market, distributor, solution partners and strategic customers.• Follow the short and long term business plan strategy with active adjustment if necessary according to market condition • Monitoring of the local Slovakian market trends and needs in order to grow our market share, react fast on incoming changes • Support local team and communicate with product leaders and management to achieve the team short and long term goals • Participation in local events such as product, vertical seminars and exhibitions• Coaching the new sales support people, and monitor the activities of the vertical coordinators• Join customer visit with sales coordinators, sales mans, product leaders, partners present of our company to the management level, local decision level • Take care about selected key accounts in automotive, electronic, food, life science water on the level of end user, system integrator and OEM. • Reporting FCST beginning every month, reference by vertical and success story
