Manages ProgramNet, an Agency-wide KM and peer-to-peer learning platform by providing facilitating, content management, and knowledge management support to Agency staff. Backstops ProgramNet online learning events. As the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for ProgramNet, conducts continuous monitoring and regular security documentation submission; leads the team through the annual Security Controls Assessment process and receiving the Authority to Operate.
