CurrentFounded Ivan Brice Architecture in November 1991. Mr. Brice has earned an extraordinary reputation in heritage conservation, exterior envelope restoration, sustainable retrofit and adaptive re-use. His clients have included prestigious academic and cultural institutions, such as Riverdale Country School and The Americas Society. Private sector clients have included real estate companies, developers, residential co-ops and condos, throughout the NY Metropolitan Area and Connecticut. His firm holds term contracts and has completed numerous projects for government agencies; including NYC-Department of Design and Construction, School Construction Authority, and Department for the Aging, NYS-Homes and Community Renewal, as well as The City of Norwalk and City of Stamford CT. Working on contracts with Riverbay Corporation since 1994, he and his staff have completed many projects at Co-op City in the Bronx where, from 2009 to 2015, his office provided full design and full time construction administration for the world’s largest window replacement project.
