ASIA logistics operations leader / head leads and drives Asia logistics operations Include factory logistics operations, upstream / mainstream & downstream transportation within and into Asia region. As a regional head leading and overseeing Asia's warehouse, distribution and transportation operations & initiatives, both performance & transformations activities & initiatives to ensure operations performance in line with logistics management concepts and with global strategy; responsible for execution of global integrated supply chain integrated warehousing & distribution policy in the region (Greater China, India, Japan, Korea and other ASEAN Pacific countries include Australia and New Zealand); Create and deploy new operational processes and tools to enhance supply chain efficiency and drive productivity; Build and implement logistics strategy according to delivery model, cluster business requirements, customer first driven mind set, supply chain strategy and the IWD center of excellence; Dedicated to execute transition programs with ambitious targets; Drive performance and continuous improvement; Assist deployment of TMS and Philips Control Tower concept at Philips. Start as head of IWD APAC for PH personal health consumer goods business cluster. Expand scope into One Philips business clusters include Health System. Lead and drive APAC logisitcs strategy. Lead and drive APAC transformation and saving projects, expand scope further to IWD Asia operations leading Asia factory logistics operations.

Stationed In Hong Kong With Regional Coverage For Asia Pacific

A regional role that takes over strategy planning and senior management role in managing warehousing, distribution, trucking and local delivery services and operations, leading logistics solutions, managing global WMS initiatives and Purchase order management system initiatives include solutions sales and data integrity operations within APAC.

- Lead logistic and supply chain strategy development, solutions design, pricing and implementation within the region- Lead distribution service (warehouse and transportation) operations within the region- Drive customer logistics service agreement and vendor service agreement negotiations and ensure terms & conditions are in line with corporate goals and policy- Drive and lead vendor selection (warehouse and truck operators) and ensure strategic partnership to be built within region- Profit and loss ownership on distribution service business and operations within the region- Drive business developmemt on warehouse and distribution opportunities; conduct technical sales calls with sales team from time to time to sell integrates solutions to customers- Drive and lead logistic engineering tools design and drive internal product training within the region
