This job was part of the project Constelaciones, Bogotá, with 10 million stars. This was the Christmas show that the Mayor's Office of the city offered to the citizens of Bogotá, Colombia. In the end, more than 700.000 people could assist and enjoy this spectacle never seen in Bogotá until now. What did I do?I was the assistant & producer of the Music Team (The Burning Caravan Band). Some of my duties:1. Assist the musical director and the music team (17 people) of the show in all necessary activities and requirements.2. Coordinate the rehearsal schedule of the show's music team.3. Articulate the agenda of the music team with the agendas of the different work teams of the show to guarantee the band's participation in the different choreography rehearsals, stage movements, and meetings.4. Keep the work schedule of the show's music team updated.5. Attend meetings related to the show where necessary and keep a record of it.6. Organize meetings with other work teams and people from the show that are required by the music team.7. Keep photographic/audiovisual records of all rehearsal sessions/meetings, activities of the music team, and live shows.9. Execute and report the activities through detailed reports.10. Manage the necessary technical resources the band needs to develop the rehearsals and the show properly.11. Manage the appropriate spaces for the band to rest during the days of the show12. Responsible for opening and closing the band's dressing room and the equipment on it.13. Guarantee the band's access to drinks and meals.14. Coordinate the band's guest list and guarantee their priority access to the shows. Show less

Maintain calm under pressure was indispensable, and bring a quick solution to sudden problems was crucial. No matter what, the show must go on.
