Current• Adhere to United Airlines Standards of Operation for greeting and assisting passengers in all aspects of hospitality, customer service and guest management with food and beverage services on national and international flights.• Manage safety and emergency protocols, brief passengers on FAA regulatory requirements, administer first-aid interventions, and assessing functionality of emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers and supplies for Airbus A319E & A320, Boeing B737, B757, B767, B777, and B787 aircrafts.• Assist Captain and Flight Crew in safe and efficient communication flight plan with all crew members.• Comply with all applicable FARs, and Department of Transportation regulations, company procedures and policy.• Coordinate with Gate Agents and Station Operations Center vial Inflight company issue portable devise.• Achieve 100% high-quality onboard experience with Inflight products and customer service. Maintain reliable and prompt attendance according to Company policies and procedures. Execute all Flight Attendant Training and FAA training in a timely manner. Present a professional image, both in conduct and in appearance Improve flight attendant engagement by using emotional intelligence to foster United’s core4 values. Protect and reported all safety, cabin, and equipment discrepancies. Participated in Inflight Shadow Opportunity program.
