●Lead teams to help clients to design risk governance framework, improve credit risk control and risk management policies and processes, identify high-risk areas and develop appropriate plans, monitor project progress and deliver with high quality effectively;●Retain management responsibilities for a portfolio of clients, maintain relationships with senior client staff and accept responsibility for the financial performance of these accounts.

●Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit request;●Provide risk assessments, recommend appropriate risk rating and highligh emerging risks/risk issues to senior management;●Monitor market trends and developments, understand market competitors and highlight how these translates in terms of business implications to the credit quality of the bank’s portfolio.

●Coach, manage and lead a Commercial Clients team in customer acquisition and retention, portfolio management and growth. Manage team's operating budget/cost to plan;●Oversight the portfolio monitoring, including follow-up of covenants, early warning signals, risk management, etc.●Work closely with other parts of Commercial Bank to ensure a consistent approach to client management, marketing, and product positioning;●Coach junior staffs for marketing skills, product knowledge, risk management technicals, etc.

●Preparing credit analysis in support of new and existing business relationships, analysis of financial documentation and supplemental data to support lending decision-making and recommending credit requests to meet business needs;●Undertake high quality industry, competitor, and client level analysis, manage the risk of the existing portfolio and deepen relationship through cross-selling cash, trade, DCM products.

●Provide risk management guidance and expertise to business units;●Assist to ensure implementation of bank’s credit policy, local regulator’s requirements and related laws and regulations;●Participate in and lead project/risk routines including awareness, assessment, reporting, design, governance, planning and implementation.

●Responsible for servicing the transactional needs of all direct and indirect individual customers via walk-in, inboud, etc. and outbound by leveraging the bank's global footprints to satisfy clients' needs;●Delivers high quality service along with accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries, while adfering to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
