He trained and supervised over 500 gaming and hotel staff from entry level to management. Ivan has a diverse management experience including directing up to 500 personnel and US$60+ million in gaming table revenues.Most recently Ivan set-up a VIP program for Casino Carrasco in Montevideo, Uruguay. This involved a new VIP room and hiring the qualified staff to run the program.
